On Call Cleaning Services is a fully insured professional cleaning service.

Our company consists of employees as well as independent contractors. We pay all payroll taxes and workman's compensation insurance

It’s not easy to host strangers. We understand the need for client trust. So, we make sure that the same insured cleaning pro comes to your house whenever you utilize our recurring services.

We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally without intention our crews may miss something. So, if after your inspection, you find our cleaner missed something, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct any mistakes. Refunds are not offered, however we are happy to correct any mistakes made. Requests received by our office after that will be incorporated in the next cleaning.

An upfront quote ( either given online or by word of mouth) is an estimate until a walkthrough (in person/ virtual) and the contract is signed. We have the right to change the quote if the actual circumstances of the home are not as described or if cleaning selections are not appropriate for the services needed.

First-time Services:

All first-time cleans will be charged at a Deep Clean rate as to be able to get the home to a baseline.

Schedule changes or cancellations:

We understand life happens. If a scheduled cleaning service needs to be changed or canceled, we ask that our clients notify On Call Cleaning Services 48 hours in advance. This allows us to fill that spot and keep our cleaners working a full schedule. Failure to do so will be subject to a fee of $50 that will be charged to the card on file. Failure to cancel without notifying 2 times in 12 months will be subjected to upfront payment for all future services. If the scheduled cleaning is not re-scheduled ( and skipped) we may need to charge a higher rate for the next services to compensate for the extra work needed to complete that service.

For permanent cancellation of the cleaning service, we ask for a 2 week notice.

Temporary Suspension of services:

If you will be away from your home for an extended period of time, we request that you schedule services just before you leave, but not after you leave. This is to ensure that you can see our work and be the last to leave your home.

Access to home:

Please be certain your home is accessible to our cleaning crews. If you will be away from your home when we come to clean, please deactivate your security alarm or give us the code if any. If our cleaning crew is unable to get access into the home or if the crew is turned away when they arrive ( for any reason) a cancelation fee of $50 is due for the services that would have been performed will be applied. This will be charged to the card on file.

For their safety and to comply with OSHA regulations, our cleaning crew is prohibited from using ladders other than the ones provided by the company and are instructed to wear shoes in your home.

During our walkthrough ( physical or virtual) we will want to identify the areas of concern and those that are the most important to you. We will evaluate and propose a cleaning plan to complete the job and meet your needs. Copies of our routine plan and service agreement will be given at the time of the estimate or before the start of services. If you would like additional areas that might need services at a later date, please notify us as soon as possible. We ask for 4 days in advance so that we can adjust the schedule and billing rate to accommodate these changes. While your satisfaction is our primary goal, we thank you in advance for understanding that we can't accommodate last-minute changes to our cleaning schedule.

Payment:

We require full payment upon completion of our services.

Before the cleaning crews arrival, please remove all items, clothing, toys, etc that may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximize productivity and minimize the time we spend to clean your home. We have a maid service add-on if you would like to add it to your services. Please be advised we will need 4 days in advance to add on any additional services. If this is not done, the cleaner will have the right to have to skip that cleaning and you will be charged a skip fee of $50.

If you have any irreplaceable, collectible, or expensive objects, we ask that these items be secured or put away to avoid painful accidents.

On-Call Cleaning Services will not be responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require this type of attention. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. If the client finds any damage in the home as a result of our services, we ask that you notify On Call Cleaning Services within 24 hours after services. If notification is made past the 24-hour timeframe, On Call Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny compensation.

For the safety of your children, we ask that they be supervised while our staff and equipment are present in your home.

Please secure all pets. We are not responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Our cost of doing business rises annually. We reserve the option to adjust our cleaning fees on an annual basis. We will give a 6-month notice, then a 30-day notice of a change in fees to our clients.

We invest time, money, and energy and training in our employees. We are excellent at what we do. We ask that the client understands and agrees to a $1,000 fee should the client try to solicit and hire any of On Call Cleaning Services’ employees while they are employed by the company, or within 3 years following the employees' last day as an employee of On Call Cleaning Services.
